
Join me for 50 minute group strength training class at the Red Barn in Southlands- a welcoming space to move, lift, laugh and build strength together. These classes are designed for anyone who is curious about building muscle, as well as those who want to continue developing strength in a fun and supportive environment. These sessions are designed to help you feel energized, challenged, and connected, while fostering consistency and confidence through shared movement. Expect a motivating atmosphere where community comes first, strength is built together, and showing up is what matters most.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle & a set of each (light, medium & heavy) dumbbells
