The Bee Apiary

The Bee Place Apiary is an outdoor learning space dedicated to honeybees, pollinators and sustainable agriculture. Led by Southlands beekeeper Julia Common, tours help school and community groups understand how bees support food production, flowers, orchards and biodiversity. Participants can observe the apiary, learn about beekeeping equipment and discover the role pollinators play throughout the wider Southlands farming ecosystem. Programs are available for schools and groups on enquiry.
