The Red Barn
The Red Barn is a historic building that has been lovingly restored to maintain its character and charm while providing all the modern amenities needed for up-scale social and commercial events. This beautifully lit and landscaped space was part of the century-old dairy farm that operated on Southlands for generations. Unlike most corporate-style spaces available for rent, the Red Barn is grounded in the beauty and authenticity of surrounding farmland, giving it an unmatched flavour and feel.
The building is as good for sit-down dinners and cocktail parties as it is for large vendor events. Wide garage-style doors can be opened onto paved patios providing access to Market Square, the naturally landscaped amphitheatre and a lovely orchard. It includes a kitchen (available for warming and plating pre-made food only), a storage room and restrooms. Don’t forget the stunning views of fields and mountains, along with the scents and sounds of the nearby sea.

The Grange team was outstanding to work with for the South Delta Home Show. They were organized and informed on any questions I had leading up to our event. I recommend renting the Red Barn or surrounding buildings to anyone interested, as it was a seamless experience. I plan on utilizing this space again in the future.
We rented the Red Barn for our daughter's Sweet 16th birthday party and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue to celebrate this milestone. All of our families and friends were in awe when they walked in. So spacious, lots of room for dancing and the kitchen is top notch. Will definitely host our future family events here. The staff were very responsive, helpful and amazing to work with. Thank you so much to the Red Barn for making our daughter's birthday a night that we'll never forget.
The Red Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding! It was beautiful and spacious and needed little to no decor with the wooden beams and lights. We had such an amazing time and our guests all commented on how fabulous the venue was! Thank you Grange team!
