Our market is a proud member of the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets and is committed to supporting local makers, bakers and growers.
All vendors are required to read the Southlands Tsawwassen Farmers Market Vendor Handbook before submitting an application. By submitting an application, you agree to follow the guidelines and requirements outlined in the handbook.

Market Location
Southlands Tsawwassen Farmers Market takes place in the Market Square at 6313 Market Ave, Delta, a vibrant open-air hub where agriculture and community come together through demonstration gardens, a community orchard, farm-to-table restaurants, the farmers market and more.
Market Hours
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Bi-weekly on Saturdays
May 23 to November 7, 2026
Market Amenities
- Running water and on-site washrooms
- Free vendor parking at the Southlands Grange Centre for Farming & Food
- Supportive neighbours and community partners throughout Southlands and Tsawwassen
- Limited access to electricity (please indicate on your application if you require electrical access)
- Outdoor markets from May to September, with 10' × 10' stalls
- Indoor markets from October to November, with 6' × 4' stalls
Farmers: May use up to 30 feet of space under a single stall fee.
Food Trucks: Must plug into available power; generators are not permitted.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
The Southlands Tsawwassen Farmers Market operates rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the market date will receive a credit toward a future market date within the same season.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the market date will not receive a credit.
No-shows will be subject to a $50 penalty, and future market dates will be placed on hold until the penalty is paid.
Two or more no-shows will result in removal from the market without a refund.
Vendor Requirements
Each vendor is responsible for providing their own:
- Tent
- Tent weights
- Tables
- Chairs
- Displays and other required equipment
