What happens when breathwork meets creative expression?
The Breath Lab: Creative Edition is a special two-hour experience combining somatic breathwork with intuitive, hands-on creative exploration using movement and mark-making.
This isn’t a painting class—it’s an opportunity to move out of your head, into your body, and explore what wants to emerge.
No artistic experience is required, and all creative materials are provided.
