Resonance at the Red Barn – Reiki, Sound and Stillness

Resonance at the Red Barn: Reiki, Sound and Stillness is a collaborative experience with Sound Practitioner Becca and Reiki Master Teacher Willow, created to support deep rest as sound and Reiki energy work in harmony, supporting both the release of what is no longer needed and the invitation of what is ready to emerge

As you are immersed in layers of resonant sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments throughout the sound bath, Willow will be offering a Healing Experience guided by Holy Fire® Reiki energy. In this experience, the Holy Fire® Reiki energy works with you directly, so there is no need for the practitioner to move between participants. This creates a unique opportunity to fully relax and receive love, support, healing, and guidance on all levels of your being. The energy meets you exactly where you are and works deeply on the subconscious levels.

You are welcome to bring a specific intention, or to just simply remain open to receiving whatever is most needed for you in the moment.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and a bolster or second pillow to place under your knees. This added support with something under your knees is important, as you will be lying on the floor for just over an hour. You may also wish to bring a water bottle and an eye pillow or eye mask if you prefer additional darkness during the session.

**Please note that the Barn can get cold. Dressing warmly and bringing extra blankets or anything else that will help you feel comfortable is strongly encouraged. Your comfort will allow you to settle more fully into the experience.
