Workshop Overview:

This advanced 6-hour intensive workshop builds on the Six Viewpoints foundations explored in Day 1 (April 18 *). Participants will deepen their practice through dynamic group and solo compositions, working with the six materials of performance: space, shape, time, emotion, movement, and story.

Led by Sophia Treanor, this full-day intensive emphasizes physical composition, nonhierarchical collaboration, and the evolving audience-performer relationship through improvisation. Artists will develop creative agency and a shared experiential language for experimental theatre work.

Who Should Attend?

Experienced theatre makers seeking to expand their toolkit for experimental and devised theatre. While not required, participants are encouraged to also apply to the Day 1 Techniques Workshop (April 18, 1–5 PM) for optimal preparation.
