Kokedama Creation: Nature in Your Hands
Join us for an afternoon of creativity and connection at The Red Barn in Southlands Tsawwassen on November 3 from 1-2:30pm for a unique kokedama-building workshop.
Kokedama, which means “moss ball” in Japanese, is an art form where plants are transformed into charming living sculptures wrapped in moss and twine. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create and take home two beautiful kokedama balls to enjoy in your own space or gift to someone special.
The Red Barn, nestled in the heart of Southlands, provides a serene and inspiring setting perfect for crafting and connecting with nature. As your facilitator, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process, sharing tips and tricks to ensure your creations thrive.
Amanda Maurice will be your guide for this nature-based workshop. She is a certified Coactive Professional Coach, somatic breathwork facilitator, and creativity enthusiast who is passionate about integrating wellness and artistry; she can’t wait to share this mindful, creative experience with you!
