Rest & Restore: A Winter Sound Bath

Rest & Restore is an invitation into stillness – an evening of sound designed to support deep listening and rest during the winter season.

Guided by Becca of Berkana Song Wellness, the experience unfolds through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other intentional instruments. Sound moves gently through the body, offering the nervous system an opportunity to settle and the mind to quiet.

This is a pause from the pace of everyday life. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go. Simply time to rest, listen, and receive.
