Join us for a Ballet Beats® Holiday Fundraiser, combining the spirit of the season with a focus on generosity, raising funds for Deltassist, and promoting physical and mental health in an atmosphere of exhilaration!
Ballet Beats® is a burst of continuous mood-boosting movement, with accessible exercises combining Ballet with balance, core, and cardio, from standing to mats and everywhere in-between. Get your body moving – no dance experience necessary!
100% of profits will benefit families needing support in our community through Deltassist. Donations of $35, $50, $75 or $100 can be made to participate. Tax receipts are available to those who fill out a simple form at the event with their donation amount and info.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and prepare for a high-energy community gathering of great people moving to music for a wonderful cause!
