As new life quietly begins to emerge\, this immersive sound bath offers space to root into the body\, release built up tension\, and gently invite a sense of steadiness and calm. \nGuided by Becca of Berkana Song Wellness\, the session unfolds through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, and other therapeutic instruments. These layered soundscapes support nervous system regulation\, soften the mind\, and allow space for rest and renewal to naturally unfold. \nHeld in the peaceful setting of the Red Barn\, this experience offers a pause from the pace of daily life. You are invited to simply rest\, listen\, and receive as the body unwinds and the mind quiets. \nPlease wear comfortable\, warm clothing and bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and a bolster or second pillow to place under your knees\, as you will be lying on the floor for just over an hour. You may also wish to bring a water bottle and an eye pillow or eye mask for additional darkness. \n***Please note that the Barn can get quite cold due to the cement floor. Dressing warmly and bringing extra blankets or anything else that will help you feel comfortable is strongly encouraged.
